Data controller
The controller of your data is IT AID (operating as Advancify), ul. Tyrmanda 3a/1, 93-218 Łódź, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7282803422. For any data matter write to kontakt@advancify.eu.
What data and why
Contact form: name, e-mail, optionally company name and the selected service, plus your message. We use them to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps at your request prior to a contract).
Call booking via Calendly: full name, e-mail and the chosen slot. Calendly LLC processes them as our provider; we use them only to hold the booked call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Site statistics (Google Analytics 4): information about visits, browser and traffic source, without your name or e-mail address. Google Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, Google receives only cookieless signals (Consent Mode): page visits and the actions taken (e.g. a form submission, a call booking, clicks on buttons and links), with technical data (browser type, IP address used for approximate location); they serve solely to model aggregate statistics, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel Analytics works without cookies and does not identify people.
Ad measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads): whether a visit from an ad ended with a form submission or a booking, and ad personalization. Only with your marketing consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). When you submit the form, Meta receives your e-mail address and full name, both hashed (SHA-256), plus the service you selected in the form, your IP address, browser information, the page address and identifiers from Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc), to attribute the lead to a campaign.
E-mail: form messages and our replies go through the kontakt@advancify.eu mailbox hosted by OVH.
Recipients
Providers processing data on our behalf or as separate controllers: OVH (e-mail), Vercel Inc. (hosting and Vercel Analytics), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel, Conversions API), Calendly LLC (bookings). Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
How long
Form submissions, booking data and correspondence are kept until the matter is closed, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. Google Analytics statistics: 14 months. Data at Meta: per Meta's policy, no longer than 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. You may withdraw consent at any time - this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). For any of these, write to kontakt@advancify.eu.
